Booking: - On booking a consignment our operations department will request a complete collection address, full destination details, and a detailed description of the consignment to be despatched. This may include the total number of packages, weight and dimensions.
Consignment Detail: - DMS will provide you with a Pre-Shipment Advice which includes the consignment tracking information, internal referencing and estimated delivery date. We can also complete all the documentation on your behalf enabling a seamless transition, reduced administration and a time saving benefit.
Tracking: - Should the need arise, you can contact one of our courier service personnel and provide them with your consignment tracking number or your internal reference. DMS do provide a complete POD (proof-of-delivery) including the name, date & time. Full traceability of your consignment can be monitored throughout its journey which can be found on our In-House D-Track system.
Customer Support: - Within our customer support department, the main focus is on empowering our personnel with the authority to do "whatever it takes" to fully satisfy our Client's needs.
