Specifically designed vessels are tailored to accept automobiles and other moveable vehicles and equipment for the modern minded commercial world. It is a moderately simple process where the vehicle or equipment is either driven, pushed or pulled with specialist handling equipment directly onto the bed of the vessel at origin and is removed off at the destination in the same fashion. This is quite different from regular containerised vessels that are loaded with cranes or other external loading equipment and placed in the cargo hold.
